The booking season for vacation homes have started and we are working with it.

On VillasLujo.com, SagaroVell.com and other of our Lujo Web Sites, we have during the years worked with a number of travel agents and other related agents. It has been a fruitful cooperation for all parties and we have often thought on how we could enhance the services on this side of our business. One of the things that often came up, is to point the eventual clients to a local trusted agent and in this way continue to create business for travel agents in areas in- and outside of Spain.

We have now the web site http:/agents.lujo.com/ for the purpose to list and advertise travel agents, in the areas that our clients are coming from. We will on this site have lists of agents in different areas. Who will help the growing base of clients, to travel arrangements and renting the vacation home from us. Very soon, we will also reintroduce vacation homes for sale.. The goal with this site is to assist our partners on the promotion and marketing side of their bussiness, being travel or sales of properties.

We have also started to expand our web sites and aquired many more rental objects. to be in a position to be able to introduce new areas with more rental properties to more clients.

Our Lujo web sites" have at the moment monthly average over 100.000 page displays and over 35.000 visitors during the booking season, that means 400.000 visitors a year and 2 million page displays, only on our sites VillasLujo.com and SagaroVell.com. They are also very well promoted on Internet, for the keywords that normal users use to find a vacation home. We generally come up within the first three pages and often in the first page. We have been growing steadly since we started 1998, when we only had our own house to deal with.
